I'm 15 and I have this credit card. I saved up my money for 8 months from cleaning, and I finally have $240. I just wanted to buy some clothes online with my own hard earned money. So I went to buy some clothes online. And I put all my credit card numbers and everything else in right. But is says there is an error. It's because I have $20 spending limit a day. That's not even enough to buy 1 shirt. Why am I not allowed to buy anything with MY OWN money! It's not even my parents, it's mine. I am not wasting. I barely have enough clothes to wear. If anything I am the most frugal person I know. Seriously I'm not an idiot I know how to spend my money and I don't need a limit. I can understand having a limit for the rest of some dumb kids but it's not fair for me.
I spent so much time saving up my money for months and months. I counted it and had to send in an envelope to deposit it. Now my cash money is stuck in the card. How is it fair I put my $240 in, and now, I can't even use it!!

If you receive online instead of paper statements, there are no fees associated with this account at all. Kids can use a debit card to withdraw money at an ATM or make purchases. Parents have access to the online statements. Kids can check their balance on their cell phone. A really great way to introduce kids to banking and responsibility.
