It is always good idea to benefit from the services of reputable bank. And yes, my Wells fargo Platinum Visa card have proved to be very reliable and of great benefits. I enjoyed the many services associated with this card such as the cash back program. Also, I am able to join my checking account with wells fargo to this credit card, that way I always have piece of mind as I avoid any overdraft fees or late payments. That's what a call it a double benefit, I would really encourage you to apply for this one or request balace transfer.

I am not satisfied with credit card service I use from Wells Fargo. Firstly, its application process is very hard and long (up to a month). Secondly, the reward is small. We need to sign up to a $19 annual program to receive 1% cash back. Finally, the initial credit limit is low (from $300). In fact, it does not help much.

I love my Wells Fargo Account. I've always had great service. And the benefits can be amazing! You can make a lot if you just use your card a little more. I've never had a problem with customer service!

The customer service reps are awful - inpatient, unpleasant, condescending and just plain rude. I thought this day and age most companies were working to improve their customer satisfaction but I guess Wells Fargo Credit Card Svcs do not feel the need to have happy customers.

The fee is well worth it for the added benefits that you receive. If you use the card frequently you will more than make up for the $19.
