The account allows you to write as many checks as you like, and includes a check card and free online banking and bill paying services. The $100 minimum opening deposit requirement will be waived if you're under 22 years old. The interest rate, as of late May 2008, ranged from 0.2% for balances under $20,000 to 0.5% for balances above $100,000.
