Statistical data has proven that the number of homeless persons is decreasing since last surveied in 2007. Are they? I've provided a you tube link that goes into detail of how these numbers are assested as well as an article that questions the data received by national organizations approaching reasoning amongst the homeless and low-incomed american aspects of living as average citizens of this free society.
