I wish I could find a place under $50 who doesn't give a cut that looks like it was $12.

I would spend a little less, but I tend to tip a little more for haircuts. Reason being is I often put them off (you can always go another week!), and end up feeling I've made my barber work harder than normal.

Likewise, actually; I shave my head once a week. Haven't seen a barber in over 3 years.

Nothing. Spent $25 on clippers a few years ago. My wife cuts it (less and less these days).
