I simply put 10 because they already subsidize interest. Also, I don't believe selling homes gets the economy moving. I think it reinflates a bubble, transferring high debt loads to younger buyers from older, downsizers. The younger buyers would drive the economy more long-term if they purchase homes at prices that are market and not bubble prices.
