I bet on 1% as well. There is still a lot to be resolved in this economy before it can stand on its own. The deleveraging of both banks and individuals will take time to play out and this will make it difficult for the Fed to raise rates.

We're in a mildly untenable situation. Extracting from Fed-provided liquidity could be rough. I would even venture to say that rates go higher faster. Still, I put my chips on 1% by next November.
