All you do is "dump" the ingredients into a large zippered freezer bag, and pop in the freezer. On the day of use you place it in the fridge and as it thaws, it marinates. Easy!
This recipe can be made with the least expensive cuts of chicken, saving you a bundle.
Lemon Garlic Dump Chicken
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 TBS olive oil
2 TBS parsley
3 TBS lemon juice
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 lbs bone in chicken pieces
Simply place everything in a gallon size freezer baggie and squish around. Either marinate for the day and then cook in the evening, or freeze.
Chicken can be cooked in the oven at 350 degrees until done (approximately 45 minutes), grilled, or even cooked in a crockpot.
