Morris,

Good point. The figure of 2,000 fee-only planners is derived from NAPFA membership. I admit, there are likely plenty of advisors out there not collecting commissions that are not NAPFA members, but I wouldn't know how to arrive at a number that included these planners. Thanks for your contribution and your point is well taken.
