Dan I tend to agree with you. The idea of compensation limits is akin to tossing the baby out with the bathwater. I see that Maurice Greenberg is busy recruiting top talent for his new insurance company, Citibank gave away a proven money maker, they lost something like 90% rather than pay 10%. At times I think this Congress is performing a do it yourself proctological exam.
