Vicki, Green products often last a lifetime, Recycled content ,as well as long life, are two of the key ingredients for "green Products". Longevity of these products make them truly a smart investment. more to come Brian B

Great article. Cellulose is plant fiber, so dense pack cellulose is recycled paper. A great way to reuse newspapers and magazines!

Hey Brian... Great article... it surely makes me think that I need to do "green" things to my house that is now 23 years old. I would guess that there has to be better insulation than the standard R-19 fiberglass in the walls and the R-30 blown in the cap. I'm sure the initial outlay will be more than the usual but I would have to think it will save heating costs in the summer and make the house more comfortable. Thanks for the info I hope to see more articles in the future!
