3. At the beginning of the mortgage crisis, I spoke with the federal reserve board's consumer advisory council on how to fix it.
4. I frequently contribute to a variety of media sources in radio, the internet, newspapers and magazines about mortgages.

The current weak state of the economy traces back to the collapse of the subprime mortgage market in late 2006. With banks and mortgage insurers cutting back on broker business, does this mark the end of the mortgage broker model?

The new easy lookup for FNMA loans is out a little earlier than the expected date of 3/21/09 date they had mentioned. This resource is much simpler than the current lookup. This resource helps determine if your loan is eligible for new housing program.
