A mortgage is nothing to be afraid of. It is not the wolf man, or the boogety man (or is it boogy man?) As a matter of fact the right mortgage is probably one of the most potent financial planning tools you have at your disposal---if you do it right. That is why I am here.
My name is Steve Heideman. I do mortgages. Filife has hired me to be your tour guide--your co pilot in this whole "mortgage thing". So, by now you are asking yourself: "Okay Steve, so why you?"
Well, Let's see...
1. I have founded multiple companies dedicated to real estate finance and investment. Everything from residential mortgages to commercial investment real estate--I got it.
2. I am the founding President of the Upfront Mortgage Brokers Association.
3. At the beginning of the mortgage crisis, I spoke with the federal reserve board's consumer advisory council on how to fix it.
4. I frequently contribute to a variety of media sources in radio, the internet, newspapers and magazines about mortgages.
