Doug holds a doctorate concentrated in finance from Golden Gate University, as well as a bachelor's and master's degree. He remains at Golden Gate, teaching a variety of graduate and undergraduate courses in economics, finance and financial planning. Rice completed his CFP certification and Series 65 licensee and is a Registered Investment Adviser.
