I used Geico when I lived in DC three years ago. What stands out to me as their best asset is their customer service and their speed. I had lived abroad for 5 years and had not had insurance in the US for that time period. I had a great driving record and getting insured with Geico was super easy and the customer service was great. The turn around time was a matter of days and their staff were …very friendly. I definitely recommend using them!

I have had this account for the past 4.5 years and I have had very few issues with it. I like the fact that Citibank is international and there is a branch almost anywhere you ever go in the world. I also like banking electronically and have abandoned paper checks for good. I pay all my bills and any other payment via their online checking and I love it. I really like that its free and I don't …have to worry about postage. Customer service has been pretty good, all in all a great option.

I have been using this card for four years and I have a few thoughts. The on-line website is great for paying the monthly bill and tracking transactions. I also like the annual report that buckets my payments into categories. I never revolve so I am not concerned with the high APR and the customer service is better than average. The one gripe I have though is regarding cashing in on the air-mil…es. My statement does not tell me how many air-miles I have and they do not make the process very obvious. Given that the air-miles is the benefit to this card I find it frustrating that I have to do some work to figure out how to use the service. I do not feel that it justifies the $90 annual fee. I actually requested that they refunded me the annual fee and they agreed. Because of that I have kept the card but if they charge me again I will close the account.
