My day job is that of a fee-only personal financial advisor. I've also been an adjunct instructor of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(tm) courses for a local university, and am a self-employed advisor and presenter to military families on financial topics, as well as a rookie blogger.
My hobbies include playing and coaching lacrosse, running, following hockey, and blogging. I can become obsessed with reading quotes from time to time, including anything from Mark Twain.
